  If you love cheesecakes, you definitely need to give this recipe a try. This Basque Cheesecake is so smooth and creamy and the best part is that it is easy to make. The worst part is having to wait for it to be refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight for the flavours to develop but the wait is so worth it. This recipe can be made using the oven or in the air fryer. I have made it both in the oven and in the air fryer. Caramel Slice

I’m sharing with you another family and friends favourite. This caramel slice is so good that you could eat the whole tray (but feel really sick after). It’s so hard to wait until the caramel slice is firm enough to cut into pieces. I usually make this slice using one can of condensed milk but I decided to use two cans this time. OMG…. it tastes so delicious with the extra thick gooey caramel layer. If you love caramel you definitely need to make this slice with two cans of condensed milk. I’m not sure how many of you love the side off cuts of the caramel slice but I definitely enjoy it as the sides are so chewy and delicious. I hope you try this classic recipe soon.
