Lemon Drizzle Cake

Calling all lemon lovers.  This Lemon Drizzle Cake is the perfect bake for anyone who loves lemon in desserts or cakes.  This cake uses the whole lemon.  The zest is used in the cake and the lemon juice is used to make the lemon sugar syrup and the lemon icing.  You will definitely enjoy the lemon flavour right throughout the whole cake. A slice of this Lemon Drizzle Cake is lovely for afternoon tea or just because you love a slice of cake packed with lemon flavour.  It's so easy to make and the perfect cake to share with others without it being too sweet. Mini Raspberry Melting Moments

One of my signature bakes is your traditional melt-in-the-mouth biscuit known as Yo-Yos or Melting Moments.  Yo-Yos are traditionally made with custard powder whereas Melting Moments are made with cornflour.  I thought I would share some of my favourite recipes with you over time. I'm starting off with Melting Moments but I didn't want to make the traditional ones so I decided to try a new flavour.  Mini Raspberry Melting Moments.  I love to bake goodies in mini or bite-size so you can enjoy it without feeling like it's too much and you can always have seconds or thirds.
