Calling all lemon lovers.  This Lemon Drizzle Cake is the perfect bake for anyone who loves lemon in desserts or cakes.  This cake uses the whole lemon.  The zest is used in the cake and the lemon juice is used to make the lemon sugar syrup and the lemon icing.  You will definitely enjoy the lemon flavour right throughout the whole cake. A slice of this Lemon Drizzle Cake is lovely for afternoon tea or just because you love a slice of cake packed with lemon flavour.  It's so easy to make and the perfect cake to share with others without it being too sweet. Caramel Slice

I’m sharing with you another family and friends favourite. This caramel slice is so good that you could eat the whole tray (but feel really sick after). It’s so hard to wait until the caramel slice is firm enough to cut into pieces. I usually make this slice using one can of condensed milk but I decided to use two cans this time. OMG…. it tastes so delicious with the extra thick gooey caramel layer. If you love caramel you definitely need to make this slice with two cans of condensed milk. I’m not sure how many of you love the side off cuts of the caramel slice but I definitely enjoy it as the sides are so chewy and delicious. I hope you try this classic recipe soon.
