Lemon Drizzle Cake

Calling all lemon lovers.  This Lemon Drizzle Cake is the perfect bake for anyone who loves lemon in desserts or cakes.  This cake uses the whole lemon.  The zest is used in the cake and the lemon juice is used to make the lemon sugar syrup and the lemon icing.  You will definitely enjoy the lemon flavour right throughout the whole cake. A slice of this Lemon Drizzle Cake is lovely for afternoon tea or just because you love a slice of cake packed with lemon flavour.  It's so easy to make and the perfect cake to share with others without it being too sweet. Halloween Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookies

Halloween is just around the corner and I've been wanting to try making marshmallow spider webs.  My friends Amanda @afewcakes and Stefanie @okcsweets have done this technique on their fun Halloween cakes. I decided to try is technique and dress up the classic chocolate chip cookies for Halloween.  I had so much fun with the melted marshmallows.  It was very sticky but I really enjoyed stretching it over the cookies. These Halloween Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookies are so easy and super fun to make.  You can't go wrong with the classic chocolate chip cookie that everyone loves and topping it with marshmallow and sprinkles is the perfect Halloween treat. I love Matcha desserts and I thought I would make some Matcha cookies. These delicious Matcha White Chocolate Cookies are perfect for any green tea lovers.  They are crispy on the outside with a soft and chewy centre filled with a burst of green tea flavour.  They are perfect for afternoon tea or just a treat.
