I'm so excited to be part of the #valentinescollab2019 on Instagram with a huge number of amazing bakers.  For this theme everyone will be baking and creating something related to Valentines. I decided to bake this cute three-tier cake made from cookies.  This Love Heart Cookie Cake is made from rich chocolate cookies stacked on top of each other and layered with delicious strawberry buttercream.  The richness of the chocolate cookies goes so well with the strawberry buttercream.
