Basque Cheesecake

  If you love cheesecakes, you definitely need to give this recipe a try. This Basque Cheesecake is so smooth and creamy and the best part is that it is easy to make. The worst part is having to wait for it to be refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight for the flavours to develop but the wait is so worth it. This recipe can be made using the oven or in the air fryer. I have made it both in the oven and in the air fryer. Caramel Sauce

I don't know about you but I'm a sucker for a bit of caramel.  I decided to make some homemade caramel sauce. This caramel sauce is so easy to make and is ideal for drizzling over ice-cream or any dessert.  It's also great for spreading in between cake layers as a filling or you can simply eat it with a spoon from the jar. If you wanted to make salted caramel just remember to add a bit more salt to taste or about ½ teaspoon to this recipe. Happy Baking xo Caramel Sauce Ingredients · 60 grams salted butter · ½ cup milk · 1 cup brown sugar · ¼ teaspoon baking soda Instructions 1.
