Calling all lemon lovers.  This Lemon Drizzle Cake is the perfect bake for anyone who loves lemon in desserts or cakes.  This cake uses the whole lemon.  The zest is used in the cake and the lemon juice is used to make the lemon sugar syrup and the lemon icing.  You will definitely enjoy the lemon flavour right throughout the whole cake. I wanted to use my homemade lemon curd in a dessert that was yummy but not too rich.  So I came up with this simple recipe. These Lemon Creme Delights are made of delicious layers of biscuit crumb, lemon curd and lemon curd cream.  The bottom layer starts with a lovely buttery biscuit crumb, followed by a touch of lemon curd throughout the next layer and finally topped with the lemon curd cream and fresh berries.  Every spoonful is delicious as you can taste all the different layers of goodness. These super light and fluffy lemonade scones are so easy to make, with only three ingredients.  I remember when I first made them, I couldn't get enough of them.  They were quick to make and were so good with cream and jam straight from the oven.
