Basque Cheesecake

  If you love cheesecakes, you definitely need to give this recipe a try. This Basque Cheesecake is so smooth and creamy and the best part is that it is easy to make. The worst part is having to wait for it to be refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight for the flavours to develop but the wait is so worth it. This recipe can be made using the oven or in the air fryer. I have made it both in the oven and in the air fryer. Strawberry Jelly Slice

I've always wanted to make a jelly slice but never got around to making it.  I was looking through some recipes I saved awhile ago and come across an image of a jelly slice.  I think it was a sign for me to make it and so I did. This strawberry jelly slice is so delicious. It has a biscuit base, followed by a creamy lemon middle layer and a smooth jelly top. It was enjoyed by everyone and I have already had requests for more.  This slice is fun to make and not only does it look visually appealing but it tastes so good.  I can't believe I waited so long to make it.  It's definitely a new favourite.
