Lemon Drizzle Cake

Calling all lemon lovers.  This Lemon Drizzle Cake is the perfect bake for anyone who loves lemon in desserts or cakes.  This cake uses the whole lemon.  The zest is used in the cake and the lemon juice is used to make the lemon sugar syrup and the lemon icing.  You will definitely enjoy the lemon flavour right throughout the whole cake. A slice of this Lemon Drizzle Cake is lovely for afternoon tea or just because you love a slice of cake packed with lemon flavour.  It's so easy to make and the perfect cake to share with others without it being too sweet. Ghost Cookies

I made these ghost cookies for an Instagram collaboration for Halloween.  I wanted to make something cute and so I thought these ghost cookies would be perfect. These adorable Ghost Cookies are so fun and easy to make.  They are a sugar cookie filled with a delicious chocolate ganache centre. These cookies are a cute and delicious treat for Halloween and a fun bake for kids. I didn't have a ghost cookie cutter, so instead I used a pineapple cutter and turned it upside down to create the body.  Then I used a knife to cut out the bottom bit of the ghost body.  Alternatively, you could use a tulip cutter if you have one and that would work too.
