  If you love cheesecakes, you definitely need to give this recipe a try. This Basque Cheesecake is so smooth and creamy and the best part is that it is easy to make. The worst part is having to wait for it to be refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight for the flavours to develop but the wait is so worth it. This recipe can be made using the oven or in the air fryer. I have made it both in the oven and in the air fryer. Apple Tea Cakes

I've been wanting to add this classic Tea Cake recipe to my collection.  They are so easy to make and you only need some basic ingredients. I decided to make the tea cakes in a 12 mini loaf tin that I recently purchased.  However, you can make it in a round or square cake tin. These mini Apple Tea Cakes are simply delicious and perfect for everyday.  They are not overly sweet, making it ideal to have with a cup of tea or coffee.  I added some apples on top but you can make it without it and just sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on top.
