Calling all lemon lovers.  This Lemon Drizzle Cake is the perfect bake for anyone who loves lemon in desserts or cakes.  This cake uses the whole lemon.  The zest is used in the cake and the lemon juice is used to make the lemon sugar syrup and the lemon icing.  You will definitely enjoy the lemon flavour right throughout the whole cake. A slice of this Lemon Drizzle Cake is lovely for afternoon tea or just because you love a slice of cake packed with lemon flavour.  It's so easy to make and the perfect cake to share with others without it being too sweet. I thought I'd make and share this super easy recipe.  This Christmas Candy Cane Fudge is quick and fun to make.  They are not only delicious to eat but make a great edible gift for family and friends at Christmas. If you are short for time but would love to give family and friends something home-made, you should give this recipe a try.  The best bit about this recipe is that it is a No-Bake recipe. You can make it with or without the candy canes.  You can also just add sprinkles on top of the fudge or some shaved chocolate bits. Hope you're all enjoying the festive baking.
