Calling all lemon lovers.  This Lemon Drizzle Cake is the perfect bake for anyone who loves lemon in desserts or cakes.  This cake uses the whole lemon.  The zest is used in the cake and the lemon juice is used to make the lemon sugar syrup and the lemon icing.  You will definitely enjoy the lemon flavour right throughout the whole cake. A slice of this Lemon Drizzle Cake is lovely for afternoon tea or just because you love a slice of cake packed with lemon flavour.  It's so easy to make and the perfect cake to share with others without it being too sweet. This Apple and Raspberry Crumble is not only easy to make but taste super delicious served straight from the oven with some ice-cream, custard, cream or simply on it own.  In every spoonful you get the taste of the soft apple slices, the tangy-ness  of the raspberries and the delicious crumble on top. I often get a baking idea when I see produce that are in season or an ingredient that is on special.  I was at the local market and granny smith apples were on special for only 69 cent a kilo so what a great excuse to make Apple Crumble for a cold winter's day. This recipe is super easy.  I added a twist to the crumble by adding frozen mixed berries I had in the freezer.  You can use any varieties of apples or even pears are great.
