  If you love cheesecakes, you definitely need to give this recipe a try. This Basque Cheesecake is so smooth and creamy and the best part is that it is easy to make. The worst part is having to wait for it to be refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight for the flavours to develop but the wait is so worth it. This recipe can be made using the oven or in the air fryer. I have made it both in the oven and in the air fryer. This Apple and Raspberry Crumble is not only easy to make but taste super delicious served straight from the oven with some ice-cream, custard, cream or simply on it own.  In every spoonful you get the taste of the soft apple slices, the tangy-ness  of the raspberries and the delicious crumble on top. I often get a baking idea when I see produce that are in season or an ingredient that is on special.  I was at the local market and granny smith apples were on special for only 69 cent a kilo so what a great excuse to make Apple Crumble for a cold winter's day. This recipe is super easy.  I added a twist to the crumble by adding frozen mixed berries I had in the freezer.  You can use any varieties of apples or even pears are great.
