Calling all lemon lovers.  This Lemon Drizzle Cake is the perfect bake for anyone who loves lemon in desserts or cakes.  This cake uses the whole lemon.  The zest is used in the cake and the lemon juice is used to make the lemon sugar syrup and the lemon icing.  You will definitely enjoy the lemon flavour right throughout the whole cake. A slice of this Lemon Drizzle Cake is lovely for afternoon tea or just because you love a slice of cake packed with lemon flavour.  It's so easy to make and the perfect cake to share with others without it being too sweet. Raspberry Mango Sunrise Smoothie

Hi everyone, hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and an amazing New Year's celebration.  Welcome to 2019, can't wait to share more recipes with you.

It was super hot yesterday in Melbourne and I remembered this smoothie recipe that I made a few years ago and thought I needed to share this recipe with you all.  

This Raspberry Mango Sunrise Smoothie is so refreshing and delicious. Super easy to make and can be enjoyed anytime, especially on a hot summer's day.  Not only does this smoothie look so good but it's healthy for you as well.

Raspberry Mango Sunrise Smoothie 

Ingredients

· 1½ cups frozen raspberries
· ⅔ cup milk
· 1½ cups frozen mangoes
· ⅔ cup orange juice

Instructions

1. Place raspberries, milk and half a cup of ice in a blender, and blend until smooth, then set aside.
2. Place mango, orange juice and ½ cup ice in a blender and blend until smooth, then set aside.

3. Place raspberry mixture into a glass first, followed by the mango mixture. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Tips

· You can cut fresh mangoes and freeze them instead of buying frozen mangoes.
