White Chocolate Chip Cookies

I don't know about you but I sure love a good white chocolate chip cookie or two or three.

These White Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft and chewy.  It's hard to stop at one. They are easy to make and only take 10 minutes to bake.

I often hear that people have cookie dough mixture in their freezer ready to go when they feel like cookies.  I just don't get how they even have left over cookie dough.  In my house the cookies are quickly gone after they are freshly baked, with none leftover for the next day.

Hope you enjoy this recipe.

Happy Baking xo
